Donald Dean Pedigo, 73, passed away May 2, 2016. He was born in Killeen, TX, raised in Hutchison, KS then moved to Albuquerque in 1963. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, George and Dollie Pedigo; sister, Barbara Youngman; and brother, Emanuel Pedigo.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Phyllis; his daughter, Margaret Carabajal and husband, Fred; two grandchildren, Carmelina Johnson and her husband, Andrew and grandson, Stephen Carabajal. He also leaves behind two great-grandchildren, Easton and one on the way; siblings, Ruby Strawn and husband, Larry, Kenneth Pedigo and wife, Sandra, and Linda Reese along with numerous nieces and nephews. Don was one of the hardest working men you could know in addition to being very giving and kind. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and attending all of their sporting events. He was so thankful that he got to see and spend time with his great-grandson, Easton.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, May 13, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. at FRENCH - Wyoming. A reception will follow and inurnment will be held at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE. The Pedigo family would like to extend a special thank you to Gentiva Hospice for all of their support.
