David Van Houten

David Van Houten, age 67, beloved husband, was called to his eternal resting place on Sunday, January 9, 2022. He entered this world on January 16, 1954, in Galesburg, IL, born to George and Margaret Van Houten. He resided in Albuquerque, NM for over 40 years where he worked and met his wife. He retired from Verizon with over 20 years of service. David was an avid reader, poker player, and loved to travel. He was a loving husband, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, and friend to many.

He is survived by his wife, Charlene Van Houten; father, George Van Houten; sister, Patti Van Houten; brother, Alan Van Houten; brothers-in-law, Charles Foster and Raymond Foster; and numerous nieces and nephews. David was proceeded in death by his mother, Margaret.

David will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
