Carrie Renee Howell

Renee Howell, 62, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on June 3, 2022. She passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones after a courageous battle with cancer.  She was born in Albuquerque, NM to Robert Noel and Patsy Noel. In 1996, she married the love of her life, Billy Howell and they recently celebrated 26 years.  Renee worked at Sandia Labs for over 20 years, as a financial project analyst. Renee retired in 2020, so she and her best friend could do all the things they loved together. Renee loved being outdoors on the water spending time with the love of her life, boating, fishing, riding jet skis and traveling. One of the things Renee loved most as well, was being in charge and excelled in this area according to her loving, doting husband.

Renee was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Noel and Patsy Noel; her brothers, Robert Noel and Russell Noel; her in-laws, Bill and Wanda Wilcox, Eddy and Jacque Howell; and brother-in-law, Les Howell. She was also preceded in death by her fur-baby, JJ. She is survived by her loving husband, Billy Howell; sister, Robin Noel; brother-in-law, Eddy Ray Howell (Susan) of Florida; her fur-baby, Bailey, along with numerous other friends and family members. She will be missed by so many. A celebration of life service will be held on June 11, 2022, at 9:00 AM at FRENCH - Lomas on Lomas and Eubank in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
