Billie Ruth Koonce was born September 25, 1931, in Elk City, Oklahoma. She passed away on October 10, 2016, in Sun City, Arizona after a lengthy illness.
She is survived by her children, Carolyn Hayes, Dr. Jack Alexander, Debra McLin, Dr. Sally McGill, and Richard Koonce; her grandchildren, Emily Risvold, Stephen Luadzes, Callie Noyes, Dustin Luadzers, Patrick Luadzers, Jonathan McLin, and Ian Alexander; and her great-grandchildren, Carter Luadzers, Catie Hayes, Oscar Hayes, Misa Noyes, and Parker Risvold.
Visitation will be Friday, October 21, 2016, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at FRENCH - Wyoming, with the funeral service to follow at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow the service at Guaje Pines Cemetery in Los Alamos, NM.
